The AprilAire ZAZW Water Sensor detects water in hard-to-reach areas like basements, crawl spaces, sump pumps, appliances, and sinks. Pair up to 9 sensors with an AprilAire Wi-Fi Dehumidifier models E070W, E080W, E100W, and E130W or the AprilAire S86WMUPR Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostat (sold separately).

The sensors must be placed within 100 ft (30m) from the Wi-Fi device. Due to the small design of the sensor, it can be placed horizontally for surface leak detection, vertically with the bracket (included) for a slim profile, or using the 6 ft lead wires (included) for tight spaces.
