When you place an order on shop.aprilaire.com, available shipping options through FedEx based on your delivery address will be visible upon checkout, and you can make your desired selection. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but we ensure all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We understand shipping expense can be a significant factor when making a purchase.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. Each email will include details about the contents of the shipment for your convenience.

Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after an order is placed, followed by transit time depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

What shipping options are available for subscription orders?
Subscription orders qualify for Free Ground Shipping (2-4 business days) within the USA.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@AprilAire.com with your order number, name, a description of the error or problem, and photos of the damage (if possible). Or call our customer service department at 1-800-334-6011, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Orders older than 60 days may not be accepted.

What if I ordered the wrong product?
If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact our customer support team for return instructions.

What should I do if my package was stolen?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery carrier. We do not cover stolen packages, however please contact customer service to request a review of your order and shipment to verify full delivery.

How do I make a return?
All returns require an RGA (returns goods authorization number). Email support@AprilAire.com with your order number, name, and the reason for your return. Or call our customer service department at 1-800-334-6011 during our normal business hours. Customers are responsible for return freight charges.

My order qualifies for Free Ground Shipping, if I pay for a different shipping option will I get my order faster?
NO. But if you live in Southern California or in Washington State FedEx Home Delivery might be one day faster.
